Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
– on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered simultaneously;
– on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, insofar as you ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@key-branding.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:
– for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
– for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
– for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
– for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements:
– for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
– for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
– for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
